Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19.5 oz.) jar Mrs. Richardson caramel topping
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
    Spoon half of the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake for 15 minutes.
