Sherbet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 c. Spry
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into mixing bowl. Add lemon rind.
    Drop in Spry.
    Add vanilla, milk and 1 egg.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Add remaining 2 eggs and yolk.
    Beat 2 minutes. Bake in tube pan at 375\u00b0 for 55 to 65 minutes.
