Strawberry Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box vanilla wafers
1 qt. strawberries
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Preparation

Crush vanilla wafers; put 1/2 in bottom of pan.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Mix well.
Spread berries in halves and spread over butter, egg and sugar mixture.
Whip cream and spread over berries.
Top with remaining vanilla wafers.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
