Blue Cheese Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 lb. Blue cheese (Danish type preferred)
    4 oz. sour cream
    squeeze of lemon
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mash Blue cheese.
    Add sour cream, lemon, sugar and water; stir.
    Allow to chill 1 hour before serving.
    Yields 10 servings.
