Vegetable (Served Hot) Golden Coin Salad (Served Cold) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. carrots, cooked, drained and set aside
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small green pepper, cut fine
    1 small onion, cut fine
    1/2 c. celery, diced fine
Preparation
    Bring tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper to a boil; pour over carrots.
    Add pepper, onion and celery.
    Cook for a while.
    Serve hot as a vegetable dish.
    Refrigerate and serve cold as a salad.
