Creamy Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or 1 1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
1/2 tsp. mustard

Preparation

Cook macaroni as directed on package.
While macaroni is cooking, place butter in 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave at High for 1 minute or until butter melts.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Blend in milk.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring twice.
Add cheese, stirring until cheese melts.
Add the cooked and drained macaroni.
Cover.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
