Gingerbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. molasses
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pour hot water over the margarine; add brown sugar,
egg (beaten) and molasses.
Mix well.
Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and ginger.
Add to first mixture; mix well, using mixer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 minutes.
