California Chicken And Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. bite-size pieces cooked chicken or turkey
    1 (20 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and diced
    2 lb. seedless grapes
    2 c. sliced celery
    2 c. toasted slivered almonds
    3 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and 1/2 cup almonds. Mix the mayonnaise with curry powder, soy sauce and lemon juice.
    Combine with chicken mixture.
