Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon or vanilla flavoring
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. coconut or 7 oz. pkg.
Preparation
    Cream
    margarine and sugar;
    add eggs, milk, flavoring, salt and
    coconut.
    Mix
    well
    and pour in unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 35 or 45 minutes.
