Chicken Fresno - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. lime juice (2 limes)
    3 whole chicken breasts, halved and boned or 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vegetable or olive oil
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. chopped onion (1 large onion)
    2 small green peppers, halved, seeded and cut into strips
    2 small red peppers, halved, seeded and cut into strips
    12 pitted black olives (from 3 1/2 oz. can)
Preparation
    Pour lime juice over chicken in a large bowl; turn to coat. Let stand 1 hour, turning once or twice to season evenly.
    Drain excess liquid from chicken.
    Combine salt, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over both sides of chicken pieces.
    Rub in with back of spoon.
