Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked butternut squash, mashed
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 stick margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and pour into a 7 x 11-inch buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
