Miss Betty'S Drop Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, eggs, butter and vegetable oil.
    Add flour, soda, cream of tartar, salt and vanilla.
    Mix all ingredients very well.
    Drop from teaspoon onto a cookie sheet. Press with a fork.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
