Chicken Hot Rice Dish - cooking recipe

1 c. instant rice, cooked as directed on pkg.
2 Tbsp. instant dehydrated onion soup mix, stirred into rice
1 c. frozen peas, thawed
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup, mixed with 1 c. milk
Preparation

In a 9-inch square pan, layer rice, peas, chicken and soup. Top with 1 cup finely crushed Cheddar cheese crackers (Better Cheddar, Cheese Nips, etc.), mixed with 3 tablespoons softened butter.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
