Roast Beef Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef broth
    Flour
Preparation
    After cooking roast, remove roast to platter.
    Pour fat from the roaster, reserve at least 4 tablespoons.
    Add can of beef broth to pan.
    Let stand a few minutes, scrape loose any browned particles.
    Measure 4 tablespoons of fat into heavy skillet.
    Add 4 tablespoons of flour and cook, stirring until brown.
    Add 2 cups booth and cook stirring until thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Makes about 2 cups.
