Vegetarian Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 soft wrap tortilla
2 to 3 Tbsp. cooked broccoli or drained cooked chipped spinach
1 to 2 Tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp. salsa
Preparation

Microwave tortilla for one minute.
Lift and wipe excess moisture off plate.
Return tortilla to plate, adding to center broccoli (or spinach).
Top with cheese, then salsa.
Warm entire tortilla for one minute.
Remove from microwave.
Wrap by rolling (to eat with fork and knife) or fold one side up and then roll (to pick up).
Let cool one minute before eating.
