Hixon'S Roast Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 lb. turkey
    1 c. oil
    2 sticks margarine
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash turkey; rub down with oil and melted margarine.
    Add water to roasting pan with turkey.
    Make a tent out of foil to cover the bird.
    Place in oven at 325\u00b0 and bake for 4 hours. Baste continuously.
    Take pan drippings and add to dressing.
