Arroz Con Jocoque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
2 c. sour cream
3 c. cooked rice
6 to 8 oz. chopped green chilies
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
sliced ripe olives
Preparation

Layer in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish, topping with the grated Cheddar.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until heated, about 20 minutes. This is good with turkey or beef, as well as Mexican food.
