Farmer'S Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, cut into 2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    1 small chopped green pepper
    3 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon and set aside.
    Add to 3 tablespoons bacon grease the pepper, onions and potatoes.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle cheese on top and melt.
    Add the bacon pieces.
    Break eggs into skillet and cook, stirring sparingly.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
