Sugar-Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for double crust 9-inch pie
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    3 to 4 packs Equal
    6 c. peeled, sliced red or golden Delicious apples
Preparation
    Roll half of pastry to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
    Place in a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
    Combine apple juice and cornstarch in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
    Mix apples with Equal, flour and cinnamon.
    Put into pie crust and dot with butter.
    Add apple juice mixture to apples.
