Zucchini Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. shredded zucchini, squeezed and tightly packed
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add sugar, vanilla, oil and zucchini.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda; add to egg mixture.
    Stir in pineapple and nuts.
    Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Pour batter in and bake in 325\u00b0 preheated oven for 1 hour or until tested done.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on rack.
    Cool and frost.
