Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. elbow macaroni
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick margarine
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook macaroni as per instructions on package; drain well.
Add margarine and 1 1/2 cups of grated cheese.
Let cheese and margarine melt.
Add cottage cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Put remaining grated cheese on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
