Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    1 small avocado, diced
    3 tomatoes, cut in eighths
    1/2 c. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    1/2 c. French dressing
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed green olives
    crisp greens
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower into flowerets.
    Cover with ice water and chill one hour.
    Drain.
    Break flowerets into smaller pieces.
    Add dressing and let stand 2 hours.
    Just before serving add avocado, olives, tomatoes and cheese.
    Toss lightly.
    Serve on crisp greens. Serves 8.
