Chicken Little Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 whole chicken breasts, boned
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    Plum Sauce
Preparation
    Chicken Little Fingers, strips of chicken baked in a coating of bread crumbs and sesame seed, are served with a tangy plum sauce.
