Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Beat egg and add milk. Sift dry ingredients together, then add to milk and egg mixture. Beat until fluffy. Pour into funnel. Pour this into hot fat (oil), about 375\u00b0. Keep finger over funnel and let out a little batter at a time. As you drop the batter in oil, swirl around in skillet until brown and turn once. Serve with confectioners sugar and syrup.
