Chicken Caribbean - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed and ground
dash of pepper
Preparation

About 1 hour before serving, in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, in hot butter or margarine, cook chicken until browned on all sides.
In cup, combine remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken and heat to boiling.
