Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 c. broccoli
    1 onion
    4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Add flour, salt and pepper; mix until no lumps remain.
    Divide remaining ingredients in half; place in each of the pie shells.
    Pour milk and egg mixture equally into each pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean, or until top is golden brown.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
