Chicken With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    flour
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. half and half
    salt
    pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
Preparation
    Place chicken between Handi-Wrap and pound thin.
    Roll in flour, dip in milk, then roll in cracker crumbs.
    Fry chicken in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Saute onion in pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Blend in flour. Stir in cream, salt and pepper.
    You may add more cream.
    Add cheese; cook on low heat until melted.
    May need to thin sauce down a little more.
    Pour over chicken and serve.
