Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and eggs thoroughly.\tAdd margarine, coconut, buttermilk and vanilla in
    that
    order.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell (deep dish) and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
