Sweet Potato Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs, separated
2 1/2 c. cake flour or self-rising
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. hot water
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
sweet potatoes
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar; beat until smooth.
Add egg yolks, beat well and add hot water.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in potatoes, nuts and vanilla.
Beat well.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
