Swedish Cabbage Rolls(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cabbage leaves
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Boil cabbage leaves for 3 minutes; drain.
    Combine egg, milk, onion, pepper, salt, ground beef and cooked rice.
    Wrap mixture in boiled cabbage leaves tightly.
    Place in a slow pot.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over cabbage rolls.
    Cover.
    Cook for 7 hours.
