Cherry Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Beat eggs; mix with creamed mixture. Add flour and almond extract.
    Mix altogether.
    Place on a greased jelly roll pan.
    Pat out.
    Score top into squares.
    Put 1 teaspoon of pie filling on each square.
    Bake.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares. Dust with powdered sugar.
