Easy Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 pkg. frozen corn
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream, or to taste
    cornbread mix for 6 to 12 muffins
Preparation
    Brown and drain the meat; add taco seasoning and simmer according to package directions.
    Stir in sour cream and corn. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
    Pour the cornbread mixture on top.
    Bake according to the cornbread directions until an inserted knife comes out clean.
    Serve with sides of salsa.
