Polenta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. corn meal
grated cheese
Preparation
-
Bring salted water to a boil. Sprinkle corn meal very slowly and stir continuously until thickens, about 20 minutes.
Pour in large platter or individual serving plates. Top with favorite tomato sauce and grated cheese.
Serves 4.
