Golden Peach Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (1 lb. 13 oz.) cans peach slices
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. Quick Quaker oats
1/3 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Drain peaches thoroughly.
Mix cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and lemon juice and turn into baking dish.
Combine oats, butter, sugar and salt.
Mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle over peaches.
Bake at 375\u00b0 approximately 30 minutes.
