Egg And Sausage Bake(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. seasoned sausage
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. onion
    8 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into 2-quart casserole.
    Add green pepper and onion.
    Microwave at High 3 to 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
    Break sausage into small pieces; drain well.
    Spread in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Set aside.
    Beat egg, milk, salt and pepper in 2-quart casserole.
    Reduce power to 50%.
    Microwave 5 to 9 minutes or until eggs are set but still very moist, stirring every 2 minutes.
    Pour eggs over sausage.
    Sprinkle cheeses
    over eggs.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Place an inverted saucer in oven. Microwave at 50% until center is set (10 to 12 minutes) but slightly moist on top, rotating 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.
    Let stand covered 5 minutes.
