Aunt Eunice'S Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2/3 c. white Karo
2 c. raw peanuts
1 1/2 c. sugar (white)

Preparation

Mix ingredients together in a large saucepan.
Stir well and cook over medium heat until honey-colored (light).
Stir constantly.
Turn heat off and add scant teaspoon soda and mix real good.
