Greek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    1/2 tsp. Cavender's Greek seasoning
Preparation
    Melt butter and brown chicken; remove from pan.
    Saute onion and garlic; add sauce, cinnamon, salt to taste and 1/2 teaspoon Cavender's.
    Replace chicken and simmer covered until tender. Remove chicken; add a little water to sauce if too thick, then add 1 cup Minute rice.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Serves 4.
