Nuria'S Russian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can tuna fish
    3 to 5 potatoes
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
    1 small jar stuffed Spanish olives
Preparation
    Dice potatoes and boil until tender.
    Boil eggs.
    Drain potatoes.
    Chop boiled eggs.
    Combine potatoes, eggs, tuna, mayo and Italian dressing.
    Finely chop 1/2 jar of olives and add. Form a mold on a medium platter and arrange rest of olives (whole) in an attractive pattern on top of mold.
    Serve with crackers or vegetable salad, if desired.
