Apricot Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. apricot gelatin
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 small jars apricot strained baby food
1/4 c. sugar
1 large can Pet milk, well chilled
1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat to boiling the gelatin and pineapple.
Add cream cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
Add sugar and baby food.
Chill until syrupy.
Beat milk until thick.
Fold in chilled mixture. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Serves 10.
