Huevos Acapulco - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pt. creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. shredded Jack cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies (1 can, if preferred)
Preparation

Beat eggs until light; combine with rest of ingredients.
Stir chilies in last.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Serve Ortega green chili salsa on the side.
