Peach Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peaches, mashed (3 c.)
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
Preparation
    Combine peaches, orange juice and Sure-Jell.
    Bring to boil. Add sugar.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Skim with metal spoon.
    Stir 7 minutes. Put into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.
