Grandma Chokel'S Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium-sized potatoes, diced
2 large onions, diced
1 c. celery, diced
3 c. water
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 egg
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Prepare potatoes, onions and celery.
Place in kettle.
Add water, salt and pepper.
Cover and turn heat to high.
When it starts to boil, turn heat down and simmer.
Cook about 15 minutes. Then add milk and bring almost to a boil again, using high heat.
