Tex-Mex Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 lb. ground beef
    26 oz. jar salsa
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook hash browns according to package directions and place in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef; drain.
    Pour salsa over beef and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Place beef mixture into the middle of the hash browns.
    Sprinkle cheese over all.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
