Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    5 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening or unsalted butter
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. Combine dry ingredients; mix well. Cut in shortening with the yeast and dry ingredients until mixture resembles coarse mix. Add buttermilk to mixture. Mix well. Turn out on floured surface; knead about 2 minutes. Roll or pat out and cut into biscuits. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
