Blackberry Frozen Yogurt(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. frozen or fresh unsweetened blackberries (or 16 oz. can blackberries, drained)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt, non-fat
    1 Tbsp. finely shredded orange peel
    1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Thaw berries if frozen. In a medium saucepan add sugar and gelatin; stir in milk and 1/4 cup water. Heat just until gelatin dissolves. Set aside to cool. In food processor bowl, process berries until smooth. Press through sieve; discard berries. Stir puree, yogurt, orange peel and juice into gelatin mixture. Then pour into 9X5X3 inch pan. Cover. Freeze about 6 hours. Break into chunks. Put in bowl to chill. Beat with mixer, until smooth but not melted. Return to cold loaf pan to freeze for about 8 hours.
