Sausage-Corn Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage or pork sausage
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Crumble sausage into large skillet.
Add green pepper and onion.
Cook over medium heat until sausage is browned, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and drain off fat.
Stir in corn, tomato, garlic, basil and pepper.
Return to heat.
Cover and cook until heated throughout, 10 to 15 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
