Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 small can crushed pineapple (juice and all)
    3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 c. vegetable shortening
    3 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add flour and salt gradually.
    Stir in vanilla and crushed pineapple.
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan or two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans for 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
