Ice Cream Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pineapple juice
    3 qt. ginger ale
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    1/2 gal. sherbet (use whichever flavor or color you desire: lime, raspberry, orange, etc.)
Preparation
    Have pineapple juice and ginger ale chilled until ready to add ice cream and sherbet, which have softened slightly.
