Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, flaked and deboned
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 eggs, separated
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Mix salmon, bread crumbs, egg yolks, onion, lemon juice and milk.
    Beat egg

    and

    mixture.\tPut in casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until firm.
