Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese, room temperature
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
dash of salt
finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Combine cheeses, mixing until well blended.
Add other ingredients and chill.
Mold into ball and roll in nuts on waxed paper.
